Our Renter Portal is an online platform where you can access your tenancy information and communicate directly with your Property Manager. The Renter Portal gives you the flexibility to have real time access to your information, whenever you need it.
Once you receive the portal email invitation click on “Go to Web Portal” and you will be redirected to the Property Tree Portal page where you can create your account for access.
The available methods of signing up includes:
Property Tree Login, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitter and Linkedin.
It is not possible to change the login method once you have created your account.
You will log into the portal using the same method you used to create your account each time. The Portal can be accessed from the link http://client.propertytree.com.
We do also have the MRI Property Connect app that you can set up to access your tenancy information on the go. The app link can be download from the App Store or Google Play. MRI Property Connect is compatible with iPhone and Android.
If you do not have an existing Portal login, click the “Go To Web Portal” link from your email invite and create a Tenant Portal account. Once your account has been created, download the Property Connect app, then use the same credentials as your Tenant Portal account to login.

- Quickly Log Maintenance Issues. Report maintenance, attach photos and track the progression of each job in a few quick taps.
- Clear Inspection Notifications and Visibility. Never miss or forget an inspection again. MRI Property Connect displays inspection dates and times and can send push notifications to alert you of upcoming inspections.
To link multiple properties to your existing portal account you will need to click on “Go to Web Portal” on the email invitations for each property and instead of creating a new account for each, simply login using the details you previously set up with initially.
Once you login you will have immediate access to all your properties on one portal.
