Can you still appraise my property during COVID-19?

Yes, we are still available and fully capable of appraising your property. One agent is still able to come to your home to conduct an appraisal or we can undertake the appraisal virtually using Face Time or your preferred contact method.  We can also send you a virtual appraisal done remotely as a basic estimate if you send us your contact details and the property address.

Can I still sell my property during COVID-19?

Yes, we are still open for business as usual (just adjusting the way we do things and interact) and we still have buyers active in the market, so it is still a good time to list your property for sale.

How will you market my property?

Our marketing approach has not changed. Our 3D tours are now more popular than ever as your property will be available to view virtually online 24/7. We will still be using high quality imagery and floor plans to give buyers the best view of the home from the comfort of theirs.

How will buyers inspect my property without open for inspections?

As our properties are available to view online 24/7 open for inspections will not be required.  If there is an interested buyer we can organise a private appointment and only one person can view the property at a time.  This will be reviewed on a case by case basis and only if all parties are comfortable.

How will you ensure my property and household are not put at risk during private inspections?

Before booking private appointments we will ask the buyer about their health and general wellness to ensure they are well enough to view the property.

Throughout the inspection all buyers will be asked to avoid touching surfaces and will be provided with hand sanitiser.  You are welcome to be present during the inspection and we recommend you retreat to the backyard or somewhere private with a coffee and relax.

We will also of course, avoid shaking hands and wash our hands thoroughly after each inspection and will meet all current guidelines.

Our focus is still on selling property and using our negotiation skills and extensive database networks to get the best possible price for your property, just adjusting the way we do it.
