Grant lives in Traralgon with his wife Monica. When not at work Grant and Monica can be found out on their farm, touring in their caravan or camping in the bush. They love the simple country life.
Grant is the ultimate sweet tooth and also enjoys a black coffee in a cup and saucer every morning. Besides his passion for Real Estate having been in the industry since he was 20, he loves to collect cars and tractors and enjoys getting his hands dirty and doing things himself. He confesses that his bad habit would be being anti-social, if we asked his wife, Monica would say not leaving work early!
As a youngster Grant wanted to be a builder. He first started in the workforce milking cows and then moved to Melbourne working in Insurance. Real Estate is where he ended up and was meant to be as it’s in his blood, being the son of Keith Williams and grandson of Ernest Williams. Keith Williams Real Estate is now a 4th Generation family business established in 1941 and Grant enjoys working alongside his sons Chris and Brendan. What Grant loves the most about his work is the people and the long-term friendships he has made with his clients over the decades.
Grant enjoys a scotch by the fire when relaxing listening to his favourite blues music. His favourite meals would be shepherd’s pie and bread & butter pudding. If Grant was to cook he said it would be vegemite and cheese sandwiches.
Grant would be described by his clients as “the humble agent”, “the agent who is the quiet achiever” and “more of a friend than an agent”. Grant gets the deal done with no fuss. His results speak for themselves. Grant hopes never to retire and to keep listing property for as long as he can.
