Kylie Williams commenced with Keith Williams Estate Agency in May 2010 on Reception and completed her Agent’s Representative Certificate shortly after. Kylie has now had a career move to the Commercial & Industrial Division as an Assistant Property Manager to Kirsten Lawrence and also assists with reception/sales in this Division. Kylie has an excellent outgoing personality and teams extremely well with the Property Manager and has been very keen to assist both clients of the Commercial Rental & Sales Department and is looking to make Real Estate a long term career.
Kirsten Lawrence commenced with Keith Williams Estate Agency in November 2008 and filled the role of Assistant Property Manager and Sales Secretary and has completed her Agent’s Representative Course. Kirsten has now moved forward in the business to take over the demanding role of Senior Commercial Property Manager & Sales Secretary to the Managing Director and Chairman of the Company. Kirsten has an astute eye for detail and clients have warmed quickly to her “can do” attitude.

Sylva joined our Traralgon office in 2006 with over four years experience in all areas of property management in local real estate. Sylva was raised in Moe attending Newborough High School before completing a Bachelor of Business and Graduate Diploma in Education at Monash University. This extensive knowledge and experience will assist Sylva to provide a high level of service and professionalism making her a valuable member of our team.

Chris Williams joined the family business of Keith Williams Estate Agency Pty Ltd in 2005, commencing at the Morwell office in the Property Management Department taking on the role of Assistant Property Manager. After lengthy training, Chris achieved the position of Property Manager and then later transferred to the Moe office to head up the Moe Property Management Department until October 2009.
During this time Chris has been studying to achieve his Real Estate Agents Licence and this was completed in August 2009. He has now become the fourth generation of the Williams family to be fully licensed, following the tradition set by his Great Grandfather, Grandfather and Dad. He joins his father Grant, and Grandfather Keith, to become a member of the strong and successful residential sales team at the Keith Williams Traralgon office. With four years of strong, highly trained Property Management experience in the Latrobe Valley, and owning his own rental investment property, Chris understands the needs of investors and requirements of investment properties, and has a wealth of knowledge to assist in locating the right property for purchase, or in the selling of your investment.
